McDonald's in Leverkusen

Although friendly and nice, unfortunately. But people tend to forget something when ordering.

Disasters McD, absolutely no organization, no team play

Unfortunately, we had to stand between cars in the drive in, otherwise everything was great

Now only mcdrive oven but everything is still going great. The staff is nice and tries to fulfill all requests. Everything was fast although it was pretty busy.

Thank you for the understanding and the courteous service, after two glasses were missing for the "take away" and only noticed at home when all the bags were opened. ?

The very last !! Definitely the last visit there! You call at 02:00 in the morning to ask if the time is correct. And one is told: YES OPEN UNTIL 3 AM !! Then you take a taxi there at half past three. And you stand in front of a locked door .. A cheek !!!!!

This shop MUST be shut down. Corona rules are trampled on there. The EC reader on the drive in is handed to hundreds of people in the car every day without disinfecting it even once. You can shake hands with all 400 guests every day.

To buy a burger you have to register with your mobile phone. Maybe nice for young cell phone freaks. Filling out a chorona slip is no longer possible. Got away after a few tries.

Seriously. Not even half as good as in advertising. Not even delivery service. The food itself is just about acceptable. I prefer to go to the competition.

Mc Café. Do you have to say more? Great for a quick coffee in between.

The cleanliness was unfortunately not good today. Tables all a bit dirty. But worst of all were the spoons with the latte macchiato, both of which were absolutely dirty.

We liked to go out to eat at McDonalds, but we were always missing something on the table from our order or when we were unpacking at home. Annoying, we're not going there anymore !!!

Drive through was fast but the fries were not really fresh...

Very long waiting times. It doesn't feel like a fast food restaurant anymore since things are "fresh" prepared.

It was a long queue, we waited in the car for 15 minutes. One of the packs at home was wrong, but I ate it because we didn't have any allergies. There is no fault in the personnel, it is because the manager is tiring the employees.

Happened in this McDonald's by chance satisfied with € 8 I got two nice big sandwiches and salad

Be careful with card payments. It is cheated. Ordered and the amount displayed was € 1.50, later € 4.19 was debited. There was no response to the complaint. An individual case?

Unfortunately, it's not the first time that half of the order is missing. The bad surprise is then experienced at home. We're not going there anymore. Definitely not recommended. Just costs a lot of money for nothing!

Most cheapass McDonalds ever... They were giving coke glasses for free. Only if you order a big menu which i didnt know since my germen isnt that good. Before the food was made i discovered the fact about the free glass. But they are not willing to make the change. Furthermore the egg menu i ordered is so pathehic compared wiht the picture. 2 tiny pieces of bacon instead of lots of bacon... Disappointing

Good but I don't like McD in general

Its nor even a one star. Im really disappointed. We waited too long, the staff was really unfrendy even if we were nice to them and they wanted to sell to us an old burger. We were waiting for 20 minutes and the burger just stood there and the staff take it and put on our tablet. Disgusting!

Poor service and I didn't like the ambience

Fries aren't fried enough, staff member wouldn't say anything useful if spoken with, and wouldn't understand one word in German or English. Burgers were old, and the seats + tables dirty, too. Worst McDonald's I've been.
